By accessing or using any product or service provided by Clarity Faith("we," "us," or "our"), including Clarity (https://claritybible.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Clarity Faith provides AI-powered Bible study and Christian learning tools. Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

Some features require a paid subscription. All charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from our services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to AI-generated responses, UI designs, and proprietary study tools — are owned by Clarity Faith and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Bible text used within our services is sourced from translations in the public domain or used under license.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional theological, legal, or medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity Faith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
